Drop-In: we operate a weekly drop-in for young people to engage in positive activities and they can self-refer for development services. 
Support and Guidance: we provide Group, 1-to-1 support and advocacy through Community Based Mentoring develop to facilitate the achievement of Goals.
Parents/Carers Support: we offer a series of awareness workshops design to provide parents with up-to-date information which can enhance their parenting skills and facilitate access to local parent and family services.
Work Experience and Apprenticeships: we nominate young people who are committed to changing their lives that are MY I-CAN creditable participants or Graduates into work experience and/or apprenticeship placements provided by Catalyst Housing partners and other socially responsible companies.

Leadership Training: we offer a structured 12 – 30 week My I-CAN Social and Life Management Training curriculum for young people, designed to empower the trainees to change their lives by taking responsibility for their lives and their futures. The curriculum is accredited.

Endz United: we offer a structured 12 – 20 week peer group mediation programme that provides a platform for rival areas to begin discussing their problems, and to become focused on what they want out of life. With the assistance of the Endz United facilitator and associated partners, participants are encouraged to focus on their life goals and rise above their current conflicts.

Community R.O.C.: we offer a 7 week awareness and prevention education programme for parents and the wider community. The academically assessed programme content enable parents and other adults to better support young people and better protect them from the negative influences within society.

Parents and other adult members of the community (e.g. professionals, retirees, and business owners) are provided with the information on the ‘state of affairs in youth matters and skilled to deal with negative influences as well as agencies and authorities that may be in the process of excluding, incarcerating or targeting their children.

GOIN’STR8: program is specifically designed for ex-offenders, who have made the decision they truly want to change their lives around and change bad habits. P2P will support the ex-offender and provided them with the information and skill-set required for transitioning from an offending life style to a non-offending future that can turn their lives around. The training will provide practical tools that will help the reforming offender begin to be motivated to want to achieve their individual aims.
