600 beneficiaries across London boroughs Kensington & Chelsea, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster.
130 Young People mentored 12 Young People supported into Education, Employment and Training 57 Parents/Carers supported through Parental Mentoring 48 Community Mentors Vetted and Trained

Generation 2 Generation (G2G): is a parent and community advocacy group born out of the P2P Community R.O.C. programmes.
3 Successful Postcode Conflict Mediation Project to Date 1 Youth Leader Co-opted to KHT Board e.g. now considering CG Board
P2P was citied “an excellent way of dealing with the growing problem of anti-social behaviour and is a good example of positive practice by a housing association” Audit Commission inspectors Kensington Housing Trust (now Catalyst Housing) 2004 and Hammersmith and Fulham Homes (now LBHF Housing and Regeneration Department) 2009.
P2P was a recipient of the Housing Corporation’s Innovation and Good Practice Grant (IGPG) in 2004.
