P2P (Pathways To Progress) is a Housing and Community based service for young people between the ages of 12 – 25 and their families. P2P services are provided in Catalyst Housing communities in Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. P2P is similar to the ‘I-Can Peace Plan programme in Los Angeles’ and the ‘Dalston Project in Hackney’ which both reflect the hallmarks of research-proven and cost-effective multisystemic therapies. P2P combined diversionary activities, with leadership training, mentoring and work with peers, parents/guardians and the local community. The purpose of P2P is to provide Support and Intervention services that encourage young people who are primarily engaged in anti-social behaviour, at risk of offending, reforming offenders, or involved in Serious Group Offending (Street Gangs) to lead pro-social lives. P2P uses standard academically assessed and approved curriculums as well as bespoke training and social development activities to foster the development of the ‘Responsibility of Self-Determination’.
Catalyst Gateway the charitable arm of Catalyst Housing is the lead organisation and is responsible for the management and development of the Service.
